We love breathing life into old spaces, and this one got the full treatment. BELNIC delivered the full design and construction of Ray White Commercial Bayside’s new Capalaba office, and with works extending from below ground to the roof, and everything in between, careful sequencing and coordination were key to bringing the project together within the tight construction programme.

The existing tenancy was stripped back to a cold shell, paving the way for a substantial building upgrade. Works included façade uplift and new shopfront, complete roof replacement, structural upgrades and improvements to the external carpark. Energy efficiency upgrades were also incorporated, including new roof insulation and installation of rooftop solar panels.

Internally the fitout included open plan workstations, meeting rooms, a boardroom, new staffroom and staff amenities including end of trip shower facilities. Glass bricks were introduced into the existing blockwork walls to bring more natural light into the space.
