Design + construction of a new radiology practice including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray, administration & reporting facilities.

PROJECT FEATURES:​​

• Active base-build environment

• Lead shielding installation & certification

• MRI Cage Installation & certification

• Early involvement with new build floor plate design to ensure services integration & coordination for radiology machines and equipment, including appropriate set downs for MRI, and early installation of shielding prior to fitout of the below tenancy.

• Hydraulic design provided to base builder for integration with the suspended slab at pour stage.

• Removable panel to façade, to allow the MRI and CT machines to be craned in through the side of the building.
