PROJECT SUMMARY:

Strip out of existing office space on Level 4 + Level 6 and return to warm shell for re-leasing purposes. Construction of new staff kitchen and modification to existing meeting rooms to entice new tenants.

PROJECT FEATURES:​​

• Working in a live environment meant managing materials in and out around busy lift periods (arrival, lunch, departure). 

• Working adjacent to a highly sensitive radio station recording studio. Noisy works and works causing any vibration needed to be completed whilst the radio station was off-air, so as not to impact their recording equipment.

• Programming of works across two levels to occur as a flow on, stripping out Level 4 initially, then flowing to Level 6, with the rest of the trades following suit.

• Working within the parameters of the existing plumbing when constructing the new kitchenette that was more modern in form and size.
