PROJECT SUMMARY:

Design + construction of Southside Endoscopy Centre's largest facility with a clinical area consisting of two procedure rooms, clean store, reprocessing room, admission rooms, consult rooms, recovery areas (stage 1 and 2), sterile store and nurses station, as well as a full office suite to support the day surgery, administration & staff facilities.

PROJECT FEATURES:​​

• Active base-build environment, including fully operational hospital directly below the day surgery

• Complete re-design of mechanical system to allow significant cost savings for the client prior to commencing onsite

• Detailed review of design documentation to ensure compliance with Australian Standards

• Body Protect in accordance with AS3003

• Unique colours and feature wall finishes throughout to create an environment that is comforting and welcoming to patients.
