Design + construction of QRS's fourth radiology practice inclusive of CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, BMD, General X-ray, administration & staff facilities.

PROJECT FEATURES:​​

• Early design involvement allowed for our client to have coreholes for underslab drainage and set downs for shower + MRI cast into the slab during the construction of the building. 

• Integrated fitout with base build works still underway when we commenced onsite

• QRS practice is located on Level 2, so all machines had to be craned in via the MRI Hatch. Scaffold had to be constructed externally to Level 2 to allow a platform for machines to land prior to being manoeuvred into the tenancy

• Lead shielding installation & certification

• Services integration & coordination for radiology machines
